HOW YOU FIT IN

For this “Coaching Sales Specialist” position, we’re looking for someone who can help enroll hundreds of new clients into our flagship coaching program. This will take someone with great sales skills but also a heavy dose of empathy who can connect to our potential clients and help them realize that our coaching program can help them achieve the life of their dreams.

You’ll need to be excited to hop on the phone with potential clients and if they’re a good fit for the program...do everything in your power to convince them to take the leap.

Note: This is a remote position which means you have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world you desire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As one of our “Coaching Sales Specialist,” you’ll be responsible for:

• Getting on around 20 sales calls with prospective clients per week
• Getting between 20-25% of prospective clients to enroll
• Persuading prospective clients to join our program without being overly “pushy”
• Reporting call results in an organized manner and tracking improvement over time

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

To succeed in this role, you should have experience (or passion) for these areas:

• Previous Success with Sales or Marketing (Ideally, in a performance-based position.)
• Interest in Psychology & Personal Development (Understanding what makes humans “tick.”)
• Great Charisma and Conversations (You should be able to have a phone conversation with a stranger and make them feel comfortable—not awkward—as if they’re talking to an old friend.)
• Truly Value Relationships & Human Connection (We’re all about helping people find love, the right person for this job will share our passion for helping to spark romances.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The one requirement for this position is you must have some level of experience with sales (or direct marketing) where you were judged based on your ability to sell.

Note: The pay for this position is extremely competitive plus you'll have the ability to grow your income through performance-based bonuses.
